As a massive skirt devotee, I can't help but get extra excited whenever I stumbled across a fabulous dress that can easily make the dress-to-skirt evolution. This stunning striped Kate Spade dress transitions flawlessly, especially when paired with another equally mouthwatering Kate Spade piece. To hide the remaining half of my jewel collared blouse, (my favorite piece from Kate Spade's extraordinary spring collection) I used this adorable Forever 21 bow belt and completed the look with a pair of sequin heels from Target.
