Fash Trends: Military

Jacket - Zara, Blouse - Joie, Skirt - Kohl's, Bow Ring - Posh Locket, Polish - OPI Danke-Shiny Redt from their Germany Collection

Alright ladies, it's time to release your inner style soldier. Military inspired pieces have resurfaced for fall 2012 with fresh new styles and silhouettes that will have every fashion lover marching to enlist in this seasons most attention grabbing trend. Uniform details, strong shoulders, and warm color palettes encompass this utilitarian aesthetic. For a polished approach, try rocking a tailored military coat, complete with dramatic shoulders and top brass buttons. The much needed break from your go-to trench will add the perfect high fashion kiss to your fall wardrobe. Go with a rich blue to compliment falls must-have hues while offering a subtle step in the military direction.
